In the spring of 2020, we saw an opportunity in the Outsourced Customer Support Services market, so we decided to team up and scale up our services into one offering for the iGaming industry and general eCommerce shops. After a few months of preparation and legal, we officially launched BetCare® on September 1st, 2020.
